Warranty issue with Apple Iphone


Your phone service claims a warranty for a year. I went to the Apple Store in fashion valley, CA, Apple Store. They would not let me get a new phone despite it was in warranty time frame. It still doesn't work correctly. In the process I lost apps, a days worth of work that could have been done on the phone. Please review your warranty process as well as having phone automatically update phones with ITunes efficient when plugged and linked to iTunes from your iPhone, enabling for full restoration for full back up, within weeks or days rather then months. I cloud is insufficient. I now have to wait out for an appointment again to get this resolved. Will it get resolved.

The part about restoring from some PC or Apple means this is not a simple issue. I've seen slow PCs that take forever to sync. Unless you have a nice Apple computer to take along with you to the service meeting, it's unlikely Apple will fix it all.

Your issue is with Apple over the warranty, not your cellular carrier. Not enough information has been provided to offer much help in this case. Apple is usually very good in solving warranty problems. When you last went to the Apple store, did you setup an appointment or just a walk-in ? Good luck.
