you can write a routine in VBA. All you've got to know:
(a) The VBA language.
(b) The MS Outlook objects, methods and properties.

I sometimes get caught, especially on a long CC list, where there is an external email address to a partner or customer. I would like to have a macro that would check the destination addresses and open a pop-up window when an address, other than @xxx.yyy is found. I would then have a choice on whether to proceed or abort.
Anyone have an idea of how to write this or where I can get it?
