What does it mean when you are trying to login to a site through the pop-up window with the keys on it and it says?
The server jmembers.jsexnetwork.com at Cap_Sensitive_and_If_Copying_Please_Paste_Carefully requires a username and password.
Warning: This server is requesting that your username and password be sent in an insecure manner (basic authentication without a secure connection).
And does not allow me acess to the members part of the site. Thank you

Could be 2 things.

1. Problems with the site.
2. Problems with your PC.

I'd start with checking if it's #1 by trying another PC to logon.
