Warning that 25% of my Outlook calendar will be changed

by thewolfe / August 6, 2011 9:20 AM PDT

Syncing my iPod today I get a
warning that 25% of my Outlook calendar would be changed. I'm running
version 4.2.1 and iTunes 10.4.0.80. I ck'd the net and there were 2
other posts with what looked like a higher version on the iPod. I also sync my iPad and didn't get the message. I sync both devices with my Outlook from my home computer using iTunes.

Tar pit!

Syncing multiple devices with one Outlook will result in new and interesting issues. You found one of many such issues. Remember that few will do this because it's a tar pit of support.

The only advice I can offer is to backup your stuff just in case it all goes pear shaped.

The weird thing is that I've been doing it since April without and problem. I think one of the updates got me.

Also, If I knew what the changes were I might be able to deal with them but it just says the IPod will change 25% of my computers calendar, not what the changes would be.

Oh well, thanks for letting me know someone was out there.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
