WARNING: C|NET will be banned unless...

Unless C|NET does not fix the following we must ban all use of your website.
We loose way to much productive time waiting for your pages to load. Excessive lag in its webpages. Pages constantly jump up and down until fully loaded. The never ending page format absolutely must be removed, for obvious reasons.
Furthermore, mouse and keyboard arrows do not work in your webpages. This further exasperates to use of your website.
Regards:
A private "Fortune 400" company.

To help us understand this more, can you please expand on your feedback? With specific information I can direct your feedback to our site's product managers.

"Excessive lag in its webpages."
We are always trying to improve our page load times,. With our pages that include videos, photos, and ads, the page will take time to load them all. Can you give me some example pages that you feel take excessive time to load? Are the longer page loads for you always been a problem or just the last couple of weeks or so? Or when did you approximately see the increase page loading times?

"The never ending page format absolutely must be removed, for obvious reasons. "
No sarcasm at all. What are the obvious reasons?

"mouse and keyboard arrows do not work in your webpages."
What do you expect them to do? Is this for Windows PC or Mac?

Unless C|NET does not fix the following we must ban all use of your website."
Not sure what you mean by "Ban", if you don't like a site, don't you just stop visiting it?

"We loose way to much productive time waiting for your pages to load."
From what I gather here, you use CNET quite frequently, but the mystery for me is, how do you lose productivity time based on CNET's page loads? Does your company use our site for your work. I'm just trying to wrap my head around the "ban on CNET", the signature of yours that reads "A private "Fortune 400" company." Does your company have a partnership with CNET?

Any specific you can provide will be helpful.

Thank you for your time and feedback.
-Lee
