Try 1-800-SAMSUNG to get the word in there as well.
Everyone wishes they would stop changing the BD titles and breaking things but for the time being it looks like the BD studios will keep changing and the BD player makers will have to chase down what broke.
I have tried to Reset my 1600 as well as turning off the BD Live option but again it has not helped. It appears to be happening only to movies that are from Warner Bros. So I want to know when there will be a new firmware upgrade as this is not acceptable as you have to check if it is a Warner Bros movie to see if you can watch it. I am seeing so many posted items pertaining to this, I would hope by now Samsung is working on a firmware fix.
