Question, shall i need an adaptor or power converter?

all i see on my adapter lable is 220/240V 50/60hrz

I also use An European Ext HD but on that AC lable said 120/240W
50/60Hrz

all i used is an Adaptor and it works fine.

You'll need either ...

- a tranformer to convert 110V to 220V and you can use your current adapter to go from 220V AC to 12V DC
or
- a 110V AC to 12V DC adapter

Your current adaptor probably will change the 110V to 6V (or less, or none at all) and the Logitech 900MX won't like that at all.

But this is not the most obvious forum to ask this, IMO.

Just wondering. Since it works fine, what issue is there to fix?
