Want to remove unencrypted info on email

I'm on Max OSX 10.5.8 with Firefox 8.0.1. Have my pop-ups blocked, but still have unencrypted data showing when I log on to my Comcast email acct. Understand this is different from a pop-up, but don't know how to change my settings so I don't have them showing. They are usually adds re home financing with action items on the screen.

Also consider NoScript for Firefox. Not sure if there's anything similar for Safari.
