Running FrontPage2003 Have an new computer with the necessaries.

I have a lot of my webpages on icons on my desktop, they are there, but FP2003 will not open to my web sites. Finally I go over to my old computer with FP98 and open it for the first time in a week and it does the same thing. The problem must be with my service provider outside my computer, all they will do is point it back to me. I am on cable for years using FP, now they claim they do not have FP extensions. Are they trying to send me to the looney bin?

Must drop them, what is the simplest way of backing everything up to my hard disk, I have plenty of room?

Or if you have a sugestion to solve my problem, that would be good too.

I have did restore, re-installed FP twice.
