You can put such on a share, BUT BEWARE that some lose the files when they goof and run Outlook more than once from various computers. Here's one article about where the files are stored -> http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=300593
On the two other machines, simple browse to the shared directory and open that PST with either a double click or with the File Open menu of Outlook.
I use Outlook 2002 on XP. Having installed 3 PCs in the house, I want to be able to get at my mail from any of them.
Where in Outlook can I specify where the mailbox file is held? It seems that this is not under user control! I want to say that it is on a network drive.
I thought this would be easy, but I can't find a way.
