Aren't you always arguing that judges have the right to act as they see fit to protect the minorities? I guess that only applies to liberal judges huh?

Here's what the losing lawyers said:

'The lawyers who lost the two Kansas cases said that while they were curious about the law school visit and the hunting trip, they never expected to win Scalia's vote in the first place.
