wan PPP/SLIP interface is missing

Hi,
I use XP but my computer corrupt and all network adpator is disappear.
I need to rebuild the network adaptor in order to recover the local lan adaptor.
But when I use dial up network .Even I dial in and login success.The dial up network icon is established.But the WAN PPP/Slip interface is still missing when I type the command ipconfig /all.
The destination ip cannot be ping ....
How can I recover the WAN PPP/SLip interface for dialup network....
Please advice ...

Something looks missing.

I see that the ethernet is getting a DHCP issued IP address but your post wrote no reason that is happening. I wonder if this will autofix itself if you unplug the ethernet and reboot.

There is so much missing in details that I can only guess you have to start over if System Restore doesn't help.
