Wall Street Journal: Review of Digital Picture Frames for Digital Cameras

by digital_cam_guy / April 1, 2004 9:24 AM PST

I was reading through the WSJ and came across a Mossberg review of Digital Picture Frames, and I thought... how cool!

I've got two digital cameras at home, one using Compact Flash (Canon A50) and other using SD (Canon Elf SD100). According to the article, I can insert BOTH memory cards, and do slideshows off them.

I plan on buying one, and each time I visit my parents house, I'll just insert a new CF card into the frame, and walah, instant family album or vacation slideshow. Happy Mother's Day... personalized gift.

Now I have to figure out which one to buy.

Just thought I'd share the WSJ article with other digital camera enthusiasts.

Sounds like a good way to display your photos for your parents.

Looks like they have added lots of bells and whistles since the first picture frames came on the market.

The Samsung RF23M8090SG

One of the best French door fridges we've tested

A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
