That might be more an issue for the (unknown to us) maker of the laptop or the wireless dongle than for Windows.
I've spent a lot time figuring this out and I came to a conclusion that my I can wake my laptop up with a keyboard or a mouse when it's plugged, unfortunately it's impossible when it's unplugged (it doesn't react whatsoever). I figure it's because the notebook is turning the usb off when unplugged. I've even "disabled" the option "usb selective suspend option" in "advanced settings" of "power options" but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
