w7 runs terribly slow in normal mode

i have bought a aspire 5252 one week ago and since ive use jdwldr, explorer, firefox, opera, chrome, skype, gimp and dreamweaver 8

the problem is upon yesterday the w7 runs terribly slow in normal mode but it does it ok in secure & secure net.

I have passed the antivirus and the spybot and i have cleaned the start up removing all not necessary that i had previously checked one by one googlingthe problem persists and

I don't know how folk pick which to keep. All I know is that we get to install ONE antivirus and if we so chose, ONE firewall.

mcf&norton came with w7 and im who deleted them, i installed panda after it
began to runs slowly

do by closed other people is helping me in another forum

All I could do was look at the log and find more than one Antivirus. I never found which you intended to keep since you never wrote that.

Good luck and in the future tell the details since no one can guess them. I did write we needed to pick one but you never did.
