Description
W32/Francette-G is a worm that attempts to spread by exploiting the RPC DCOM vulnerability on random IP addresses.
W32/Francette-G connects to IRC channels and can receive commands from a remote computer to carry out malicious tasks such as denial-of-service attacks and downloading files.

W32/Francette-G registers itself as a service process and creates the following registry entry in order to run on system startup:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
Generic Host Process\<original file name>
