I am trying to fix my brother in laws HP Pavillion p6310y with Windows 7 Home. Recently his cmputer got infected with the W32/Blaster Worm. It boots up with the Privacy Protection Scam.
Anything I try gets blocked by the virus.
I have tried booting to Safe Mode but every option I try, Safe Mode, Advance, Menu, all goes to a normal boot. I cant even F11 to do a recovery. Any help would be appreciated.
