I believe both of those drivers belong to ThreatFire, part of PCTools security software.
I have not encountered any issues between TechTracker and ThreatFire myself, and TechTracker does not modify TechTracker; it only downloads the official ThreatFire installer. Therefore, I don't think TechTracker is the source of that problem. I have, however, experienced such issues with ThreatFire and other PCTools security software in the past without conflict with another application. Thus, I would start by verifying those two drivers belong to PCTools software you've installed and then contact their technical support department.
Once the driver/Windows boot issues are resolved, I would contact CNET customer support to resolve any issues you're experiencing with TechTracker itself. Both free and paid users receive free assistance in resolving problems encountered while using the site and/or software. It's just up to you to take advantage of the services provided.

Today I was unable to boot up my desktop computer running XP Pro due to the TfGsMon driver & TfSysMon driver failing to load!
Since I'm unable to get the program to work anyway, I guess I'll uninstall it & call the credit card Co. to get my $ back.
Disappointing experience! I expected more.
