But for most folk the problems with their PCs are such they can't connect to your VR system. Your concept is too far into a niche or as some put it "a solution looking for a problem."
Also, VR gear is aging badly. What you had 2 years ago may be unsupported. That's not good.
I’m doing a research project for school, trying to see if there is an interest in a VR assisted technical support mobile application. My hypothesis is that technical forum users (solutions seeker and providers) would be a good target user base, especially for hardware support, where a live video feed is often worth a thousand words. Please share your thoughts.
