For example, typing "VPN setup Windows 7" comes up with a lot of choices, including the link below:

Same for Vista:

http://www.publicvpn.com/support/Vista.php

But you'll first need to decide which computer will be the server and which will be the client.. Move on from there. And more importantly, since you still continue to give us tokens of information, are these computers at different physical locations, or are they both installed on the same network in the same building? Are you sure VPN is required?
