Question

VPN

I need a VPN that can give me an IP address in Europe. I live in the USA. I need a company that allows me to download movies for personal use, no logs, and won't knock my 50 mbps to 3.

Hi, Through a decent VPN connection you can get a dedicated IP address in Europe which allows you to excess the geo-restricted content from USA even but as far as the No log policy is concerned it is already in the grey area. As far as I know, most VPN don't keep logs of user activity because it is not only the user benefit but also the VPN company itself as detailed logging can quickly consumer their disk space which worth millions.
