Question

VPN

Would installing a vpn interfere with my HP account that is the one we’re they track my ink usage via my WiFi connection and send me ink when Mine is running low

If your PC or printer calls HP via the Internet and identifies itself with the serial number or your account name on hp.com or something like that, it won't interfere.
But if HP calls your PC once in a while to ask, and uses your IP-address, that won't work any more.

I think it's the first, but if you feel unsure, ask HP's customer service.

Yeah, probably it won't be a problem. Also, don't forget to check your ip to be sure that vpn is working fine: . Also check speedtest.
