And the point of this is? Let's put it this way: I don't know how many people are sneaking into Turkey or Serbia "for a better life". China has a great wall, and it sure isn't to keep people out. 'Nuff said.

And do you really think USA is the heaven? Or what was the point in your post?

The US is far from perfect, to be sure. But it's still --by far-- the beacon for those wishing to find both liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

My main point, though, was that the poll itself --while harmless-- has no real bearing on anything. Is it really a scientific indicator of world opinion? Again, 'nuff said. But, be my guest...vote away.

Huh?

Quit acting like the US is the only wealthy democracy.
You're ignoring most of europe and australia and new zealand. Plus South Korea, Japan...
US is not the only country that cares about liberty.

Cool your jets, dude. You're using an American invention (Al Gore, notwithstanding) -- the Internet -- to complain.

I never said there weren't other good countries in the world. Who said anything about "wealthy"? Heck, I'd rather be getting paid right now in Euros than dollars, lol. But that aside, this country is the historic model for democracy and liberty. And let's see...we saved Europe in the big war, are still protecting South Korea, ended Japanese tyranny, and can thank Australia and New Zealand for support.

So, get over your jealousy, and bow to the superior nation! (and I hope you can detect a modicum of humor there).

yeah, this strikes me as a little odd. the results surely can't be fair as not everyone in every country has internet access...and, what the heck is it all for anyhow? I think I'll express my appreciation for my home country (USA) and others I treasure in other ways and...

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
