Back to the store to warn them it's not working.
Back to Samsung to give them one chance before sending it back.
Don't delay as many do and are stuck with products that don't work as promised.
Yesterday bought a beautiful new Samsung 65KS9500 Smart TV. But the Voice Command feature does not work. When I press the Microphone button on the Smart Remote, I get a message "Please wait while loading". This persists every time I try it and I am never able to give any voice command.
Anyone else tried this feature on any of the new 2016 KS9500 series?
