Reading txt2vobsub's supported players finds no Apple TV listed so my bet is this is the wrong tool for the job.
Try https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&as_q=apple+tv+subtitle+apps so you can begin your search again.
MKV is a container and not an encoding.

Hi there.
I found out that it's not the txt2vobsub i'm using that's causing the subs to be in the wrong place in .mp4 files, cause they are where they are supposed to when it's just a mkv file. But since i'm playing my files from an Apple Tv, so keeping it in the mkv format is not an option.
My question, does anyone know how to correct this issue ?
Any program or something i have to correct in the idx file ?
Hope i made myself understandable.
Thx in advance.
