If a product is dead or defective on arrival my choice is to return or exchange it. This makes the most mess for vendor and maker. We are part of the team making noise about putting bad products up for sale.
Get a refund if the product just doesn't work.
I just bought VIZIO E24-CI 2015 nodule. It is freeze as follows:
1) plug the power cord, remote ON. OK.
2) Most keys are not functional, i.e. Input key, menu key, guide key....
3) Remote OFF. OK.
4) After that Remote or back button both are unable to turn it ON.
unless you unplug the power cord and repeat above steps.
This VIZIO smart TV is useless. Only way maybe to ask refund.
VIZIO should pay attention to this freeze problem. and solve the problem soon.
