Visual Basic development programs

Feb 10, 2004 6:45AM PST

I got a book on VB from the library, the install CD for the programming is missing, but the book says I can download it from the web, but it does not give a web site address. Can't find it. Anyone know where I can get a development opackage to learn on?

Visual Basic is not a legitimate downloadable from the web. If some learning version is offered by the book publisher, then check with their web site.
