Changing the motherboard does cause such problems. While you can research repairs be sure you have what you can't lose backed up BEFORE the repairs.

----i apologize for any bad grammar----
from the beginning:
i broke my motherboard by sticking a vacuum hose into it...static electricity....
so i went to get a new board
i have a core 2 quad at 2.24
x32 vista
and 3 gb of ram
i got a cheap gigabyte board (S series G41M-Es2H)
it worked fine on my old mobo but when i replaced it, it gave me error messages of doom.
when i start it up, it doesn't recognize my keyboard
then it tries to start up..the issues start here...
i get a flash of bluescreen, and it restarts again
then it goes into a startup repair window
the startup repair doesn't give me any help whatsoever because I've tried 5 times, i did a system restore with now luck
since my keyboard doesn't get recognized, i cant get into the bios to see anything but it does recognize my hard drive
please help me diagnose this problem so i can fix it!! PLEASE!!!
