vista wont play my games

i have the original axis and allies game and the 2004 2 cd version of axis and allies i have written the company and they dont support either game. and i have serched the axis and allies web sites for patches and upgrades.

does anyone have the fixes patches or upgrades or know where i can look to find them they ran on XP but Vista they wont run on.

i wish i had XP back but they want to charge me 75.00 for a XP CD

can anyone help me

Make sure DX9C is installed, right click icon in games folder or on desktop and click "play DX9". If that doesn't work, right click icon for game, select properties, compatibility,select operating system you want to emulate and check the appropriate boxes, click apply and the game should work.
