Vista user Access Control

Would anyone care to comment on why an "average" home computer user should not disable User Access Control and only log on as an Administrator User?

I use MailWasher Pro and screen all email before going to my email program.

disable UAC

go to run type "msconfig". a tab. open select tools in it. click on disable UAC, USER ACCOUNT CONTROL, in it, reboot ur machine. the uac disable in vista upon next startup
