Vista Home Premium OEM questions please:

What are the differences from buying this at a much lower cost VS buying the full version?

From what I read on the New***** web site, they both install the same version of Vista from scratch on a empty HD..... so whats the difference?

Two main differences...

1.) OEM copies can never be moved from one computer to another, nor are you permitted to replace the motherboard.

2.) OEM copies come with no technical support from Microsoft.

Aside from that they are identical, but those two differences can make a lot of difference.
