To access file associations, go Control Panel->Programs->Default Programs->Set Associations. Then, for each file type (JPEG, GIF, TIFF, etc) select the extension and click the Change Program button. If Photoshop isn't listed you can browse for it. From then on whenever you double-click or otherwise attempt to open a photo of that type it will automatically open in Photoshop instead of Snapfire.
Hope this helps,
Using XP, in the past I downloaded photographs using Microsoft camera wizard. Once downloaded, I frequently initially opened images using Photoshop and then saved as PSD. Now, running Vista the download process launches Corel Snapfire: once downloaded, I cannot directly open images using Photoshop. To use Photoshop to open images, I must run Photoshop on the desktop and drag images into Photoshop: this is not acceptable. Any suggestions??
