movie maker is not that great.
It's probably a codec issue. i dont know what format you are exporting to. But download the free AC3 codec to start
Got rid of the desktop and bought an HP Pavillion which came with VISTA. The goal is to transfer all of my old family videos to DVD. Nice thought but no success. After a day of transfering the tapes to my hard drive and edited with movie maker and burned the DVD Wow, I was so thrilled, seemed to go without a hitch! Foolish me, the DVE burned, the menu is present, scenes, sound etc but no video!!! Then somewhere I heard that movie maker doesn't work with VISTA. Is this true? I started this last spring and gave up when summer came due to outdoor chores, golf etc but now fall is here and it's time to begin again. What to do? It's Version 6.0 copyright 2007. don't understand, I can watch the video on the computer but will not burn. Please help.
