Vista and Creative Zen: M

Aug 12, 2007 2:45PM PDT

When I first got the computer I was able to use my Creative Zen Vision: M with no problem at all. But now my computer detects that it?s a (Standard MTP-compliant devices) but it won?t load the drive saying that, ?This device cannot start. (Code 10)?. I have already tried to reinstall the software hoping that it has a driver with it but I?ve had no luck. I'v tryed to uninstall the device then redetect the device with no luck. And its not the player it self it works fine on other computers. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Grant
