Flash IS compatible with all 64-bit versions of Windows, you just have to be sure to use a 32-bit browser.
Why it's not working for you is a whole other story, and it doesn't matter which browser you use, the Flash runtime is still the same, so the results will be the same.
Is it just a particular set of games that don't work, and things like YouTube are fine, or is it everything that doesn't work?
I have a Toshiba Satellite, Model L3050-S5938. It's a 64-bit. Since I've had the computer (July 2009) I've used Chrome with no problems. Within the past month or so, every time I play any games which require Flash the computer would crash if I was accessing the game through Chrome. I did some research on the Adobe site, uninstalled the version of Flash I had and installed the version they recommended for 64-bit (flash-square??). Prior to this, however, I decided to download IE8 and access the internet that way. I am still having issues with this version of Flash through IE. It's jumpy and hesitates. I even tried Firefox but that was no better. WHEN is Adobe going to release a version of Flash compatible with a 64-bit?? And until then, is there anything I can do which will make playing games in Flash less frustrating?
Thanks! Karen
