Did MS build this os in MEXICO? (VISTA...get it???}
I bought a major vendor refurb online for $350 (32 bit) JUIST to get
familiar w/vista. SLOWWWW? it reminds me of a '55 PONTIAC w/AT. Used itfor a few mos. ONLY modification: MGI Photosuite 4.?

(COMPusa) this 64 bit ver. This ver also VERY SLOW even tho pc has
INTEL (i should have known better) QUAD 4 processer w/6 gig RAM). i
feel like taking my favorite 4 lb hammer to these pieces of crap.
The 32bit pc won't even boot. (5 second beep) GATEWAY wont even give
me the time of day (as to what a 5 second beep code means on an un-
successful boot attempt)...I could go on and on, but I wont...after
spending amt 1100bucks for these 2 pcs of crap, I am stuck...it's
know as a GOTTCHA. I have 4 MULES I put together at 3-4 years ago.
I.E. AMD TBIRD/ATHLONS fm 1.7g to 2.4g w/1-2g RAM that just RUNS RINGS
around these GATEWAY/INTEL doorstops.
So...why am I here? NOBODY supports WIN98.2 (EXCEPT) the PORN sites,
AND can any of U steer me towards a WINvister ver of MGIphotosuite?
Is there such a thing. I don't know, I don't get around much anymore.
I'm 70yo. A L S O, can any of U steer me to a newbie friendly LINUX
