The title says the problem. The desktop keeps refreshing the screen and I can't imagine why but would like it to stop.
It's weird and started for no reason I can see.
Sometimes it'll refresh as often as 5 times in a day, sometimes in a row too. From what I can tell it'll do this only if I close any program/window or open a program or window, and not any particular programs or windows set this into action either. It's been going on for about 2 weeks or so.
What I'd like to know is why this is happening and how to fix it.
My OS is Vista Home Premium 32bit running on an HP Compaq notebook computer.
If anyone can shed light on this, please let me know. Thanks.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
