visat fnts pixelated?

Hi, i am running windows vista on my computer. I got a message saying theme settings adjusted a few days ago and now the writing is pixelated. I was using calabri on size 9 and now it looks bad. please help me.

Note: the font that is pixelated is for everything from dicuument titles, to desktop item and even on the logon screen, thanks shabs101

vista version was vista ultimate. First started when downloaded frostwire then it suffed up including the minimise, restore and close buttons. I uninstalled and the buttons were back as usual but the text was still the same

(NT) Just like XP, use System Restore to a date before this.
