Hi,
Basically, it is probably b/c you are using Microsoft Word as your Outlook editor. Unfortunately, according to the microsoft website, it is something you cannot turn off. Follow this link from Microsoft, and it should tell you more about it.

My suggestion is: if it is so annoying, just switch to outlook editor instead.
Hope this helps!
Have a great day! :o)
Ever since I downloaded the latest security patches for Outlook, I get a message saying that a program is trying to access my Outlook address book and it could be a virus. You can click either "no" - which doesn't allow the access, or allow access for a given number of seconds. I've done a complete virus scan and my system is clean and yet this warning keerps reappearing. Has anyone else experienced this message. Is there any program other than a virus that would want to access my Outlook address book? Thanks in advance
