Go to your browser search box and enter the virus name..it will bring several anti virus sites that will give you instructions on how to remove these viruses.
I recommend that you install a good internet security system such as Norton or McAfee and you will avoid these problems in the future.
Take care

Cath cafe.
Go to http://www.sarc.com and look at the virus pages. There u will find the removal tools to download and use. Instructions are also there. If you are running Windows ME or XP you will need to disable the "System restore" function otherwise the virus will return in next startup.
There is a free virus detection service there also..it will scan your PC and tell you if and what virus you have to remove.
Another free virus cleaner that will scan and remove ALL virus is at http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger. download it to your desktop for easy reference . Cheers and good Luck. Bob
