Good morning..Just opened email and NAV alerted me that mail has this virus..It is quarantined but can not repair..Is it ok to delete?

Personally, I've found very few instances in which I needed to "Quarantine" anything, except when I do an investigation into the virus itself. (NOT a safe thing to do for most folks.)
Delete them immediately. Remember what "curiosity" did to the cat.

Yes it helped...I normally delete,but NAV said cant repair and suggested to quarantine..I wasnt interesting in investigating at all just following instructions from NAV..Thru the course of the morning i got 4 more,all the same persons name saying we're back! and the same virus name..Did update and scanned PC and NO Virues Detected.
