Virus: Trojan.Dropper - How do I delete?

Virus name: Trojan.Dropper
File name: jWbQtKec.exe
System: Windows XP PC

Norton AntiVirus detected and quarantined a virus called Trojan.Dropper - how do I properly remove the virus from my system. Thanks.

Trojan.Dropper - Removal

The following instructions pertain to all current and recent Symantec antivirus products, including the Symantec AntiVirus and Norton AntiVirus product lines.

1. Restart the computer in Safe mode or VGA mode.
2. Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).
3. Update the virus definitions.
4. Run a full system scan and delete all the files detected as Trojan.Dropper.
