Things you can try:
1. Another antivirus program
2. Run the antivirus in Safe Mode
3. Remove it manually in stead of via a program
4. System restore back to before you had that virus
5. Back to your latest image backup
6. Back to factory conditions
7. New PC

Click on the link below and follow the steps to the letter, in exactly the order given:

“Expand” the post titled: "Please try this" at the link below:

Unfortunately, you've given us no information about your computer and why you think it has a virus so this is the best we can start with.

Hope this helps.

Format your PC, that is only way to remove virus from your PC

Not Entirely True....

It all depends on the exact virus or malware and what it's doing. I've cleaned up a lot of computers without wiping the drive and as such, other removal methods are frequently the best way to start.. "Format your PC" is NOT the "only way to remove virus from your PC".

Unfortunately, the original poster has not responded back and because they also posted a spam link when they posted, and because they haven't posted back in about two weeks, I doubt we will know anything more about their computer, why they think they have a virus, and anything else.

Hope this helps.
