Virus = HEUR/EXPLOIT.HTML

My avira anti virus shuts down everytime I remove/quarantine this virus. I tried installing AVG free but i think the virus is stoping the installation.

Can somebody help me remove this virus??

I already removed this one which is lurking in Ccleaner:

TR/Dldr.Zlob.AADO.S

and most likely addressed, if these turn out to be false positives, which seems highly likely.
