virus help

yea i just found out i got another virus and i need serious help! i dont kno how i got it but its called "backdoor.assasin.gen" thats all i could find out before it shuts off all my virus programs. im unable to do anything because the computer restarts or freezes every 5mins. can anyone plz help me asap. my dads goin to beat me down if he finds out i have another virus... thanks.. orngnblu

Broadband connection.
Reboot into SAFE mode with networking.

go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com

install the online scanner and clean it all up.
Also spybot and adaware and cwshredder.

www.avast.com = free antivirus Home ver 4.1

Dial up:
Go to someone else's computer get avast
get the latest virus defs.
Boot into safe mode, install from CD and od the update from CD.

Reboot into SAFE MODE and scan the system.
You do not need a serial for 60 days adn it is free after registering.
