General discussion

virus everytime i go onto my website

Jan 17, 2007 5:32AM PST

Hi

I have been having continued problems with my website(www.garydesign.co.uk). I am registered with compila.com web hosting and recently i have had several people telling me that when they go onto the website a trojan virus appears. this has happened to me several times also when my acafee antivirus pops up as soon as i go onto the website and consequently the website fails to load. i have overcome the problem so far by re-upload the index files and this works sometimes but it is only a temporary fix.

how do i fix the problem with this. i understand that it is a script that is run on the index.htm film which runs the virus. does the problem lie with the webhost or is it a problem i can fix. i am really baffled as to what to do

please help me

Gary Brown
