The link notes how it gets onto PCs and a slight issue here. I don't see cNet offering this but do see it over at download.com which for about a year has changed their policies on addons.

The last three times I've downloaded things from cNet, Chrome, Hitman etc I ended up with the Conduit Search Virus
You have a major problem there and you need to address it. I had to buy a program to remove it (Spyhunter). This something you don't expect from cNet.
