The attack is not against the browser anyway. It's against the OS by expoiting the brower's vulnerabilities. Most who write viruses which attack MS products are attacking the company. If Apple were to replace the MS platforms and be viewed with the same villianous reputation as virus producers see it now, I suspect there would be more attacks on MACs. It's a matter of how many soldiers are in the army. IMO, too many blame MS and not the attackers. It's just easier that way. It's, (again, my opinion) a reflection on where our legal system has led us. We are at fault if we are attacked and it's our responsibility to defend ourselves and not the fault of our attackers.
Do you think Firefox will be the next target by hackers and spreading Virus, Trojan Horses and Worms on the internet?
These idiots have attacked Microsoft for years. Now that many of us have switched to Firefox, Do you think that Firefox will be under attack next?
There are weekly updates to Firefox. Stay up with the latest updates for your own good.
What about the Macintosh? Mac operating system has not had a virus since 1998.
