W32/Looked-AX

W32/Looked-AX is a virus which can also spread via network shares.

W32/Looked-AX runs continuously in the background, providing a backdoor server which allows a remote intruder to gain access and control over the computer.

Type Spyware Worm

W32/Silly-F is a worm for the Windows platform.

W32/Silly-F includes functionality to access the internet and communicate with a remote server via HTTP.

W32/Silly-F spreads to other network computers. When spreading, W32/Silly-F may copy itself to filenames that match the parent folder name, e.g. "temp\temp.exe" or "program files\program files.exe".

W32/Silly-F may also overwrite original executables.

Sophos Anti-Virus products detect as members of the Brontok family of email worms for the Windows platform as W32/Brontok-Gen.

W32/Brontok-Gen worms scan an infected computer for email addresses, and then mail themselves to those addresses as an email attachment.

W32/Brontok-Gen worms attempt to stop registry editing and task management tools from being used, as well as the command prompt.

W32/Brontok-Gen worms may also modify an infected computers hosts file.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
