virus alert on taskbar

hi guys, i have the same prob but mine seems coming back. i have run superantispyware and malwarebytes so many times, but after a few hours all the trojan i remove just seem to pop back in my system. and every time that happen my com starts to slow down and i can't seem to start my comp normally i have to start it from a previous working mode. all i am just looking at how to completely remove all of it so i can just get my comp back to normal. thx for the help.

sry if i explain it wrongly wat i was trying to say is that i cant seem to remove the trojan no matter how many times i run the antispyware and melware software. i just wan to know how to completely remove it and the steps.
